A brief description of the area:
The home is in the new Deer Creek Community of Hunter’s Ridge. This is a very quiet neighborhood with people maintaining their properties nicely with very little traffic. The neighborhood has a fire department and elementary school within a quarter mile and the I-95 highway & shopping (Walmart/Publix/Restaurants/etc) is only 2.5 miles from the house which makes for a fast paced daily commute. The City of Ormond Beach as a whole is a nicer quieter area north of Daytona Beach which features many community events, restaurants, shopping, parks, and some of the higheest median family household incomes in Volusia county. The home is a short 15 minute drive from the beach and only 1 hour from Orlando, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida.

The home is 2 story. All bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the laundry room are upstairs.

Downstairs is a half bath, living room, family room, kitchen, pantry, and a spacious wide hallway & staircase connecting everything.

9 foot 4 inch ceilings downstairs, standard 8 foot ceiling upstairs. Crown molding throughout house adds design appeal.

Front porch has been upgraded with beautiful black 12" tile

Upon entering the front door you see the staircase, 5' wide tile hallway. All rooms downstairs feature 9' 4" ceilings and upstairs are standard 8' ceiling. With the 5" crown molding and floorboards throughout, the entire house has a unique luxury feel to it. There is a lot of 12" white tile throughout the house.

Off to the right of the front door is a 13' x 23' living / formal dining area.

Downstairs is a half bath and a closet underneath the staircase.

The family room is a nice and spacious 24' x 16' feauturing an unique 4 window view of the backyard and woods as well as a media niche for your entertainment system.

Looking back the other way you can see the family room is adjacent to the equally large kitchen. The moveable/removeable room partitions were used to dampen the echos off the tile while enjoying movies and music. The panels on the ceiling also contain sound absorbing material which improves your audio experience and improves voice clarity. This room and the kitchen are the main attraction in my opinion.

The kitchen features plenty of beautiful modern style cabinetry and floor space!

The island features a cast iron extra large sink with a waterfall faceut. The black zodiac stone counters, glasstop stove and microwave make it easy to keep the clean. Zodiac is a permanently sealed manmade stone made to look like granite, but doesn't require the maintenance that granite does and is a more sanitary surface to prepare your meals with.

Off to the left is a closet, a large pantry and the garage. The panel next to the garage door is 1 of 2 security system boxes in the house. The other is in the master bedroom.

The island also features a whirlpool dishwasher. All appliances are Energy Star certified, which means they are more energy efficient. The drawl on the bottom right feature is designed for a small trash can so that you can keep the trash tucked away. There is also a garbage disposal unit in the sink and the faucet can be pulled out and/or used as a sprayer.

The refrigerator has measured fill and fast fill technology which means you get nice cool water faster and more accurate.

With a kitchen like this, you won't be butting elbows trying to put a meal together.

The outside porch is a nice place for the grill or to relax and enjoy the view of the woods. You may occasionally spot a deer at night! There is a lot of woodpeckers, large birds, frogs and other things that makes you feel like you're really in the woods/country.

This is the view from the front door. The high ceiling and grand hallway is very impressive for guests. The loft has been closed off to be a 5th bedroom, but could be easily converted back into an open space at the top of the stairs.

The front door has thin rounded glass sections which obscures details for added privacy yet allows light to come through illuminating the house all day.

This is the middle bedroom on the north side of the house. It is 11' x 13' with a nice sized closet.

This is the northeast corner bedroom which is also 11' x13'. These rooms easily fit a queen size bedroom and other furnture. The third bedroom on the northwest corner is slightly bigger (11' x 14') and also has 3 windows like this room.

This is the huge 17' x 17' master bedroom in on the southeast side of the house. You can see the community's water fountain from the south window and wake up to the sun and the woods in the morning.

Looking back from the other side of the master bedroom. The ceiling fan is included and there is wiring in some of the other rooms of the house for fans as well.

The master bathroom features beautiful white marble flooring and cabinetry that matches the kitchen. His and hers sinks makes it easy to get ready together and keeps thing separate. Notice the unique lighting and faucet fixtures which add personality.

The toilet has its own fan, light and door for added privacy. The frameless glass shower and separate tub make this huge bathroom have an even more upper class feel.

Looking back towards the master bedroom reveals 2 linen closets with wire shelving and the walk-in closet.

This is the 8' x 8' walk-in closet for the master suite. The security system and computer networking equipment is also securely and tucked away in this room.

This is the bathroom for the other bedrooms. It features maple cabinets with cultered marble counter. The shower/tub has a white marble backsplash and a small window at the top with a shelf to keep your beauty products high and dry.

The laundry room features a washer and dryer purchased new in 2008 which may be included with purchase.
